This summer, we invite you to discover our wine estate, Château le Payral in Razac-de-Saussignac, as we celebrate 20 years of commitment to organic farming.
From July 8th to August 19th, we’ll be welcoming you every Tuesday from 5 PM to 7 PM for warm encounters and meaningful exchanges around organic practices.

This is a unique opportunity for visitors to discover the secrets of biodynamics and organic agriculture. During these sessions, you’ll be able to:

• Visit the vineyard: Walk through the vines and learn about eco-friendly viticultural practices. These guided tours will help you understand the importance of soil and terroir in the production of organic wines.
• Discover organic and biodynamic methods: The estate uses organic and biodynamic farming techniques to grow its vines and produce its wines. You’ll learn how these methods support biodiversity, improve soil health, and yield high-quality grapes without synthetic chemicals. You’ll also uncover a few winemaking secrets.
• Understand agroecology: Agroecology is at the heart of Château le Payral’s approach. This philosophy aims to build sustainable farming systems that respect nature. You’ll discover how agroecology is implemented in our vineyard.
• Engage in conversation: Meet the winemakers. Discuss with us the challenges and successes of organic and biodynamic farming. These informal discussions are the perfect moment to ask your questions and learn more about our values and commitments.
• Enjoy a friendly wine tasting: End your visit with a tasting of our wines, all produced on-site. These convivial moments are a chance to savor wines made with organic and biodynamic methods, while enjoying the warm atmosphere of the estate.

• Entry fee: €6 per adult (includes tour and tasting).
• 10% discount on any purchase of six bottles or more.
